Perhaps the biggest mistake that I’ve made over the past couple of years is a really simple one: I started this blog right before the rush of the holiday season and now it appears that I’m falling terribly behind. However, I suppose that there is some advantage.

First, I recognize that it was a mistake and is one that I will not repeat. Similarly, it leads to a valuable question for other bloggers out there: how do you handle the upkeep of your blog during the holidays? Do you have posts written in advance or do you wait until the last minute? Have you ever brought on a ghostwriter or a guest blogger to get your posts made?
